On December 17, 2015, ECHA added 5 kinds of substances as substances of very high concern (SVHC), added to the authorized candidate list. The current REACH regulations authorize the candidate list of material has been increased to 168, a total of 14 batches of batch. The candidate list (to December 17, 2015) the use of any material 168 shall meet the following two conditions: (I) the total material content in the goods more than 1 T/Y/ manufacturer or importer, and (II) concentration in the more than 0.1% items of material, its producers and importers should according to the fourth paragraph of the seventh regulations to the European Chemicals authority (ECHA) briefing.
